What data do we collect, when, why and how we collect your personal data?  

Torockoi collects, processes, stores and discloses various personal data so that we can deliver you the services ordered. We detailed below for what purposes and in what circumstances we disclose your personal data to other persons.  

The personal data are information by which we can identify directly or indirectly your person, such as the surname and first names, address, telephone number, date of birth, data about the location and email address.

In order to take advantage of all the benefits we offer, after registration you will receive from us a confirmation email and information and subsequent questionnaires. Torockoi will collect all the necessary data for processing of orders, fields which are marked as compulsory. Without this kind of information, we cannot process your orders. All the other kinds of information which is not indicated as compulsory fields are optional. If you provide these personal data, you will voluntarily help us improve the services.

Relation with Customer Department: when you contact the Customer Service to obtain information or to make a complaint, we store the information you provide to us. The personal data can vary depending on the reason for which you contacted us.  

Torockoi wants you to be a satisfied customer and the personal data you provide to us when you send an email or through the telephone conversation, are stored and recorded on our internal server.

Torockoi will make sure that any third party who will purchase the company in whole or in part will observe the legal regulations regarding the protection of personal data.  

Other information: the data you provide voluntarily when you use our website, and information from other sources, such as social media or other (public) databases (for example, user ID of other platforms), will be collected and processed together with the data requested by us.  

When do we erase your personal data?

In general, we erase the data after the purpose was fulfilled. Different erasure rules apply depending on the processing purpose. The collected data are marked with an erasure rule. When the storage period is fulfilled, the data stored will be erased.  

Torockoi will erase your personal data whenever you want and right after you notified us or after 2 (two) years from the fulfilment of purpose. If your account is inactive for 2 (two) years, Torockoi will erase your account. Before that, you will receive a separate notice from our email address to the email address recorded in your user account.

Apart from the erasure rules defined by us, there are other legal storage periods that we have to respect. For example, the fiscal data must be kept for a period of ten years or even more in some cases.

Therefore, despite your request to erase your data, it is likely that we store other data because of legal regulations. In this case, we will restrict the data from the subsequent processing.

To whom do we disclose your data?

Torockoi does not provide your data to unauthorised third parties. However, as part of our activity, we obtain the services of selected suppliers and we offer them a limited and strictly monitored access to some of our data. Before we transmit the personal data to these partner companies to process them in our name, we make sure that they respect the legal personal data protection requirements and they can prove the protection level of data with adequate proofs.

Cookies we use from third parties  

Google AdWords

As AdWords customer, we use the follow-up of Google conversions. This is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; „Google”). If you access our website through a Google advertisement, Google AdWords will set a cookie on the device (”conversion cookie” – performance cookie). This cookie will expire after 30 days. It does not serve for personal identification. If the cookie has not expired when you visit certain pages, we and Google can recognize that some clicked on the advertisement and was redirected to our website. Each advertising agent receives a different cookie. Therefore, the cookie modules cannot be monitored on the websites of advertising agents. The information collected by the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for the customers of AdWords who chose to follow the conversions. The advertising agents will see the total number of users who clicked their advertisement and were redirected to a label page for following the conversions. However, they do not receive any information which could personally identify the users. If you do not want to participate in the follow-up process, you can renounce to the setting of a cookie module – for example, by settings of your browser, which generally deactivates the automatic cookies. Also, you can deactivate the cookie modules for following the conversions, by setting up your browser to block the cookie modules from the domain „”.
